Hire Fee includes the following:
- Exclusive use of The Oak Grove and parking field
- Exclusive use of all three magically lit stretch tents with wooden floor throughout
- Use of licensed ceremony area
- Cutlery, crockery and glasses
- Bespoke tables and chairs plus occasional furniture
- Five luxury toilets including baby change and disabled access
- PA and speakers
- Use of large woodland kitchen with power, hot water, sink and prep area
- Large chest freezer full of ice and ice maker for the day
- 50kW space heater with fuel
- Over 100 large (two person) umbrellas and a number of blankets
- The ability to use your own suppliers and caterers (excluding Pay Bar)
- Fully stocked pay bar which accepts cash and card payments
- Access to the site two days before your booking for you to set up and decorate
- Access to the site the day after the event for your suppliers to clear away and for your guests to collect cars
- Clear up and recycling (not including food waste)
- Two staff available all day
- Swedish fire logs and fire pit
- Inside play and rest area for children including Playstation and DVDs and outside games area
- Meetings and site visits prior to event with your suppliers
- Total support for you and your suppliers including meetings, site visits, email and telephone
- Magical decoration of the grove and tent including up lighting of the trees
- Car Parking and overnight parking for guests
- A mains single phase power supply sufficient for all your needs
- Details of some of the best local suppliers to make the day your own
Better Value than DIY
Whilst we don't offer The Oak Grove as a land only option, we know that hiring a field and doing it all yourself is something that many couples consider. The following breakdown gives an idea of the costs for a DIY wedding from scratch - anywhere in the countryside.
- Rental of site £2,500
- Charge to co-ordinate deliveries from various suppliers £500
- Rental of Stretch Tent (1.5 times as much floor area as triple hat Tipi) £6,500
- Rental of solid floor £750
- Rental of five luxury toilets £1850
- Rental of generator £350
- Rental of tables and chairs £750
- Rental of cutlery, crockery and glasses £350
